No. We are completely independent. We only work for you — the homeowner, buyer, seller or lawyer who engages us.
We cover Greater Melbourne, Greater Geelong and Regional Victoria (including Ballarat, Bendigo, and Southwest Victoria). Travel fees may apply for some regional locations.
Most reports are completed within 5–10 business days. Verbal feedback is available same-day on site.
Yes. Our engineer-signed reports are independent and defensible, suitable for insurance matters, VCAT and court.
