Most of our inspections range from $600 to $1500 incl. GST, depending on your location, urgency, and whether you need a full report or verbal advice. We’ll confirm the exact price with you before proceeding — no surprises.
Book a Structural Damage Report — either as a verbal consultation or a full written inspection. We’ll attend the site, assess the issue, and tell you exactly what’s going on and what to do next.

Yes. We issue Regulation 126 Certificates and engineer reports that meet the requirements of councils, private building surveyors, and registered builders across Victoria.
We typically attend within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and availability.
Verbal-only inspections are delivered on-site or same day.
Full written structural reports are usually issued within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and engineering load.
